The blade is made from high quality Stainless Steel with a blade hardness of 54-56 HRC. The benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with improved edge retention.
Victory knives a non-slip handle which are FDA approved, moulded into the handle is a finger guard for added safety. Victory knives have no gap at the handle / blade joint for better hygiene. The blade material is flat ground grinded with high polished surfaces which makes cutting easier and reduces corrosion. The blade is durable, and is easy to maintain a sharp cutting edge. Made in New Zealand since 1927.

The Stainless Steel Blade is flat ground and has a hardness is 54-56 HRC. It has a -78 C Quench after hardening. Its benefit is a strong, hard and wear resistant blade with an improved Edge Retention.
