Description

Victorinox faced a challenge in collaboration with knife experts and a large meat-producing operation in the US. Employees debone the meat through a very special process. This special procedure may lead to pain in the hands and neurological symptoms resulting from the pressure placed on the flexible tip of the knife. Similar symptoms occurred during other processing steps as well. Together with our product developers we sought the perfect knife handle that could meet the challenges of ergonomics safety and flexibility. Through this collaboration the new Vx Grip model was born.
