The Oliva Elite Santoku Knife Kullenschliff 18cm is the equivalent Japanese chef knife and features a wide blade with a thin spine and taper than conventional European knives. With this thinner blade, this knife provides expert precision when slicing. Highly versatile, this santoku is ideal for slicing and cutting vegetables, fish and meats.
