The blade is hot-drop forged from a single billet of the highest quality German steel alloy and bolstered for perfection.

The stunning Italian Olive wood handle is perfectly balanced and sits comfortably in the hand of the user for perfect precision when slicing and cutting.

The Messermeister Oliva Elite 9 Inch Bread Knife has a scalloped edge with a gentle camber. Serrations on this knife’s scalloped edge produce smooth, clean and precise cuts whether you’re slicing bread or soft-skinned fruits and vegetables. Slice through breads with fewer crumbs and minimal compression; cut perfectly thin slices of ripe summer tomatoes with no tearing.

Oliva Elité knives are of heirloom quality and are proudly made in Solingen, Germany.
