Description

Messermeister’s range of exquisitely hand crafted knives are adored by chef’s, culinary enthusiasts and home cooks around the world. Hand crafted in Germany by experienced craftsman, each knife is beautifully unique and no two knives are the same. The blade is hot-drop forged from a single billet of the highest quality German steel alloy and bolstered for perfection.

The stunning Italian Olive wood handle is perfectly balanced and sits comfortably in the hand of the user for perfect precision when slicing and cutting.

The Oliva Elité fine edge, traditional style 6″ Utility Knife is one of the most frequently used knives in the kitchen, used for cutting and slicing smaller items.

Oliva Elité knives are of heirloom quality and are proudly made in Solingen, Germany.

It is recommended that you hand-wash your knives with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry the knives immediately after washing. We do NOT recommend using any knife but a German meat cleaver to cut through bones or frozen products, as other blades can easily be damaged. To best maintain the edge on your knife, you should follow a regular honing practice or maintain your blade with a recommended sharpener. Cutting on hard surfaces such as glass, stone or granite will damage blades. ALWAYS use caution when handling any knife
