With this matched I.O. Shen Carving Knife and Fork Set you’ll soon be cutting slice after perfect slice from your favourite family roasts. The long narrow blade of the knife is also great for taking fine slices off a side of smoked salmon. A cut out at the heel of the blade ensure that even large hands will find this knife comfortable to use.

The unique handle design distinguishes I.O.Shen Mastergrade from any other knife. It is an essential factor in achieving balance and stability. The Tai Tang is not simply an embellishment, it is an integral part of the handle.

The handles are produced from a synthetic material, called ‘ebonite’, which is both durable and heat resistant (although we do not recommend dishwasher cleaning).

The handles of the knives are bonded to the blade steel using stainless steel rivets. Unlike aluminium rivets, these are corrosion resistant and have the same effect of expansion as the blade steel. The handles will remain secure for life.
