Description

 A wide blade straight boning knife with a 15.4 cm long blade made of Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel. Hardened by deep refrigeration at -80 degrees for maximum hardness. The knife blade is stiff flex. With a double-moulded rubber grip with an etched structure, it is suitable in wet conditions.
