Description
Our Premium Deluxe Palm Set features broad, short knob handles in the European tradition. The handles are cut from fine cherry wood with a polished brass ferrule for strength, stability and long working life. The set comes in its own cherry box with a lid.
Flexcut Carving knives are made with edge-holding high carbon steel for smoother cutting. The comfortable curved ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue. Each carving knife is constructed with an Ash handle and a US Made High Carbon Steel blade. The high carbon blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping. Each blade is honed, polished and ready to go. These knives have a smaller, faceted handle designed for multiple gripping styles.
