Crafted with plastic ergonomic handles, these knives are comfortable to hold and will not cause hand fatigue from heavy use. Featuring three different color handles, they can be used in compliance with HACCP guidelines. In addition, to preserve the quality of the knives, hand wash with water immediately after use and dry with a soft cloth.
