This carving set comes with a 20cm long carving knife and serving fork, both with Olive wood handles.
The utensils are made form top-of-the-range X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with olive wood handles packaged neatly in a wooden box for both safety during delivery and can be used to showcase this exquisite collection during your next social gathering.
It is recommended that you hand-wash your knives with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry the knives immediately after washing.
To best maintain the edge on your knife, you should follow a regular honing practice or maintain your blade with a recommended sharpener. Cutting on hard surfaces such as glass, stone or granite will damage blades. ALWAYS use caution when handling any knife
