This Carving Board is a heavy-duty (4cm thick) board made of Tasmanian Blackwood (which is light golden brown to dark brown in colour). It has finger slots at each end for easy handling, a new wider channel and well to catch all the juices, and makes a beautiful feature in any kitchen.
