    Domestic knives

    $1.20 per inch (10% discount for commercial customers and chefs)
    $2.00 per handle for handle conditioning
    Same day sharpening is possible if dropped in by 9.30am (limit 3 knives) – only available Monday to Friday.

    Hunting Knives

    $8.00 each (discount available for more than one when lodged together)

    Scissors

    Domestic scissors: $2.00 per inch per blade (2 blades for normal scissors)
    Carpet and Upholstery: $2.30 per inch per blade (2 blades for normal scissors)
    Pinking Shears: $2.00 per inch per blade (2 blades for normal scissors)
    Thread Snips: $8.40 each
    Nail Scissors: $8.50 (subject to variance due to size and shape)

    Professional scissors

    $30.00 (hairdressing)
    $30.00 (Dog Grooming; Surgical; Vet)

    We can sharpen any scissor type, prices can vary due to size and shape – we will always quote prior and call if this changes before we proceed

    Clipper Service Only:                               $20.00 plus any parts

    Horse Blades or Large Blades:              $18.00 plus any parts
    Horse Clipper Service & Sharp:             $30.00 plus any parts
    Small animal blades:                               $14.00 (Discount available for more than one when lodged together)

    We can sharpen anything with a blade (excluding Saws), including but not limited to chisels, planes, wood working tools.
