Description

The 2017 Kitchen Innovation of the Year Award. The herb and parmesan cheese knife made by F. Dick scored top marks for its functionality, design and material qualities and was therefore honoured for its outstanding product performance. The round shape and the knife’s curved cutting edge make “pinch” cuts easy, creating evenly cut herbs. The wide flat surface of the blade is indispensable for the “claw grip,” which holds the herbs in place while cutting, and facilitates guidance of the knife. In addition, the herb and parmesan cheese knife is a comfortable size, with a blade length of 12 cm.
