History

1977 – Commenced trading as Southern Cutlery by a third generation German Knife sharpener.

1993 – Business sold and commenced trading as Ware Bros Cutlery all of the skills of knife sharpening were transferred to Ware Bros. Now trading as Ware Bros Cutlery / The Knife Shop, believed to be the longest continually operating knife shop in the southern hemisphere.

All the skills from the original owner have been carefully passed on to the current owners.
